It is an East coast design, but is is known as the West coast version. It has a 20' Hull with a 7' beam with one mast set forward at the bow.  An upper and lower boom which makes it a "gaff rig" sail design. The sail is red in color and is in good shape. The cabin area below is comfortable for sleeping two, It has a small galley, with some tile work. The upper cabin has 4 brass port holes, and a sliding hatch with pocket doors to close off the below deck area.
  • Cockpit area is surrounded by a 12 inch high oval rail. Rigging and equipment are in very good shape, comes with 7.5 horse outboard motor with ez lift mount on stern of boat. The hull has no dryrot, and is made of fiberglass and concrete mix.
